Spend your Chatham vacation at the POOL! This wonderful home is just minutes to everything downtown Chatham has to offer, and features a luxurious saltwater pool. Walk to swimming at Oyster Pond, shopping along Main Street as well as the Friday Night Band concerts and Chatham A's games. There is plenty of living space, with two living areas and large back yard. Sit out on the front porch with your morning coffee before you head out to the beach. The private back yard offers the pool, and backs up to Chase Park, a very quiet park great for walking your dog. It also has extra parking if you wish to have friends over (our driveway accommodates about 4-5 cars). The three bedrooms are far apart from each other: the master is upstairs, the twin set is downstairs, and the third bedroom is above the garage. This lovely home has it all!

Four Air Conditioning Units: 1 in each bedroom and in the dining room
Sleeps 12: 1 King, Two Queens, Two Twins, and one queen pullout sofa bed. You Can bring airbeds as well!
This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath rental.
One full bathroom in master bedroom
One full bathroom off of the kitchen
One half bathroom is connected to the twin room off of the dining room.
Second large bedroom has no bathroom connected to it.

Distance To Beach: 4/10 mi. Oyster Pond
It is equipped with a washer/dryer and included detergent.
All amenities included, but NO food provided. (coffee maker, appliances, kitchenware, paper towels, linens, propane etc) so please bring own coffee, groceries etc.

Chatham Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The pool, in particular, was an attraction for my 4 year old granddaughter, but my son and 76 year old me also enjoyed it1 The location with its proximity to town and the Oyster Pond is excellent! Highly recommended!

Great Vacation

Robert the owner was an excellent host and did a number of nice touches to the poperty to make us feel welcome. The house has tons of space, was very clean and the pool was exceptional. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. A great vacation!

Gorgeous park like yard

It was quite hot and humid during our stay. The air conditioning units and fans kept up with the heat. The pool is spectacular and huge, the yard and landscaping are breathtaking. It was so wonderful to hang out at the house and in the pool; we really didn't need to leave but were in walking distance to Oyster Pond, to town and to a playground for little ones. The inside of the house is old school and spacious, the beds comfy. We loved staying here. There were no issues we needed help with during our stay but the hosts were very responsive before and after; even offering to send a left behind item which we later found. Lovely!

Great Chatham home

Our July 4th week at this Chase Park home was wonderful. The pool and grounds are simply fantastic as is the property’s location. We spent beautiful mornings drinking coffee on the front porch amidst a sea of hydrangea. The owners were accessible and responsive. I would stay there again and would recommend it for families and couples.

Lovely week in Chatham

Our family enjoyed a lovely week in Chatham at the house and hope to rent it again next summer! The location can’t be beat - quiet and beautiful Chase Park right next door, less than 2 minute walk to Main Street, 5 minute walk to Oyster Pond, 15 minute walk to CVS & market, short drive to anywhere else you might want to go in Chatham/Brewster/Harwich/Orleans…but, the huge, well-groomed backyard with pool made us never want to leave the house! We also passed a few afternoons just relaxing on the front porch. Questions/concerns were immediately addressed by the owner. Very much enjoyed our time there.

The pool and back yard of this home are amazing and the proximity to town is perfect. The home itself is in older condition and the beds are older, etc. Could use a some new beds and furniture.

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to walk into town, to the harbor, and to the beach. Loved having the pool as an option too. House was very nice and well appointed. Back yard was lovely and much bigger than we expected. Wished we could have stayed another week!

Spacious property, excellent location

My family recently stayed at this house while attending a family wedding in Chatham. The house itself was clean an very spacious, and we greatly enjoyed spending time in the beautifully manicured back yard. The location - walking distance to downtown and immediately adjacent to a park - was perfect for our needs. Our hosts were extremely responsive, and we would happily stay here again in the future!

Graduation Celebration trip to Mass.

We loved this property. It was unique in a lot of ways. We were unable to use the saltwater pool. It was opened, as promised, but the weather did not cooperate - too cool. There were a few very minor housekeeping issues that the host addressed immediately - went a bit above what was necessary (in our opinion) in fact. This was our first time to Cape Cod, and the accomodations could not have been better for us.

Perfect location

Beautiful home. Resort feel to the pool area and backyard. Very quiet neighborhood yet 3 minute walk to everything. This home has everything you need with high end appliances and furnishings. Lots of space to spread out and completely fenced in yard with a gate opening into park next door which our dogs loved. Extra touches throughout with everything you need supplied(except food of course) This is the home to rent while staying in Chatham. Cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home

Lovely, comfortable house, perfect location!

Our family of 5, plus grandparents, (ages 19-79) really enjoyed our recent visit to Chatham for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. Great sitting areas. It had everything we needed and then some. The market is about a 3 min. car ride away. We were able to walk to shopping, dinner, and home after an evening of fun. I only wish we could come back in the summer!

10/10 location! My friends and I had a wedding in Chatham and wanted a place to stay near down town, and this couldn’t have been a better match. We had 4 couples and everyone had plenty of room to stay. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and good times were had by all. Beautiful house with amazing backyard!

My family and I loved staying at this house and we will definitely be back! The house is spacious and clean. The backyard is beautiful with an in ground pool and the yard backs onto Chase park. Also the location is perfect as it’s only a few mins walk to town!!!

Many improvements going on throughout the property: new carpets, new floor in the kitchen, new stove, and a new washer/dryer, new vanities in the bathrooms. Wonderful old fashioned front porch to enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee or a cocktail, garage, living room with pullout queen sofabed and large flat screen television with expanded cable, wireless internet, well stocked kitchen and so much more!
