Relax in the spacious living area, cook in the modern kitchen, and unwind on the gorgeous deck. Outdoor amenities include a pool, patio, and fire pit. This home will accommodate groups up to 10 easily with 5 bedrooms, all with queen sized beds. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with all others on the second floor. Guests will enjoy a large kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable living room overlooking the pool.

Guests will have access to the pool and the shoreline. The home is located on a tidal cove in Hancock, Maine. The property consists of ten acres with walking trails throughout. Guests are welcome to use the walking trails at their own risk. There is a children's play set on the property, which is also available for guest use, at their own risk.

Garage is not available for guest use.
Pool does require regular maintenance and guests may see a caretaker arrive to clean and take care of the pool.
