East Bay Beach Condo

Welcome to the breathtaking shores of East Grand Traverse Bay in Traverse City, Michigan! The bay is perfect for aquatic exploration and enjoyment. The sun rises are just as spectacular as the sunsets. The property offers the perfect blend of beach life and convenience as it is just a short drive away from the city's vibrant downtown area. After a day of beachside fun, explore the charming boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants that line the streets. Sample local wines at nearby wineries, stop into a local brewery to try award winning brews, indulge in delicious cuisine in the many fine restaurants, or simply relax on the balcony with a cold beverage overlooking the bay. The full kitchen, comfortable living area, dining area, and in unit laundry makes staying in an easy option too. Whatever your reason for visiting, this is an ideal home base for your Traverse City adventure.
 If you discover upon arrival or during your stay that something is broken please contact HOST immediately so preparations can be made to remedy the issue.

 One garage space and 1 parking space

 Supervise children at all times, especially near water, the road, and stairs.

 No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property or on the beach.

 No pets allowed.

 Follow the beach rules

 Only flush toilet paper and whatever traveled through your body. Do not flush anything else, including, but not limited to, flushable wipes, feminine products, diapers, dental floss, Q-tips, or baby wipes.

 Quiet time is 10pm-8am.

 Do not light candles or have open flames inside the unit.

 Please shake out and rinse sandy towels and bathing suits outside. Please do not put sandy items in the washer or dryer.

 No tape, tacks, nails, or command strips are to be used on the walls. Fees will be charged if damage is found.

 No glitter, confetti, water balloons, silly string, or streamer cannons inside, outside, or at the beach. If these items and/or their remnants are found on the property there will be a fee for clean-up.

 Use kitchen appliances responsibly. Clean them after use.

 No fireworks allowed.

 Do not leave gargage outside of the dumpster.

 Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

You will be charged for any damage to the premises.
