About this property

Family friendly townhouse close to beach and boat ramps!

With 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, you will have plenty of room to relax after a day at Anclote State Park or out on the boat. Thats not the only thing within walking distance though. There's also the Coastal Anclote Trail and Miss Vickys restaurant at the Anclote Marina! Bring all of your beach toys and your boat. Plan a fishing or scuba trip for your family and friends and park the boat in the driveway, dont drive all the way home. There is plenty of parking and there's even a 2 car garage at your disposal. The Sponge Docks are 10 minutes away, Anclote Island and sand bar are a 15 minute boat ride, lots of other islands to explore, Clearwater Beach is a 30 minute drive by car or boat, Dunedin is 15 minutes away. Tons of great restaurants and shopping close by. Golf courses are a short drive away. This property is located on a short cul de sac so there is very little traffic. There is a large yard and we are pet friendly.

Holiday stay!
Cute townhouse tucked away, yet close to everything! Very clean and provided everything we needed. The hosts were amazing and attentive. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Nice place and amazing host
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The space was exactly as pictured, and the neighborhood was nice and quite. The host was very friendly and his super quick response made our experience even better. We were able to walk to the nearby Anclote State Park, and we enjoyed swimming and a beautiful sunset. The place is also very close to Tarpon Springs, which has many nice Greek cafes and shops.
