Bike rental, art galleries, restaurants, groceries, a seasonal farmers market, and Lopez's famous Holly B's Bakery are all a short walk away.

No pets or smoking permitted.

The space:
The kitchen, living, and bathroom sit on the second level of the building. The living room has a full-size memory foam futon couch. A bedroom with queen bed and desk sits on the third level of the building, accessible by a small spiral staircase.

Guest access:
Guests may use all parts of the apartment and deck. All other outdoor spaces are private and off limits.
