Why they chose this property
Our home is located in a friendly residential neighborhood close to State College and Beaver Stadium. We are a short Uber ride from the airport and walkable to local parks, restaurants, coffee shops and local amenities. The streets are safe, the neighbors are friendly and this is where we have called HOME our whole lives!
What makes this property unique
Although you may be miles away from where you call home, I am sure you will be very comfortable here while visiting Happy Valley! Our location is close to all of the events State College has to offer but, Bellefonte has a lot to offer too! With four local brewery's, a cidery, coffee shops, antiques, parks and an amazing downtown area, you will want to make time to explore all that Bellefonte has to offer!
