The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, an electric tea pot. The first floor conveniently has a half bath and an office/sun room area perfect for remote work and reading a good book.
The second floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. Bedrooms 2 or 3 have full size beds.
Enjoy the outdoor by relaxing on the back patio area under a retractable awning. Take a short stroll down to Menomonee Park where you can sit by the water of Lake Winnebago, see the animals at the free zoo, play pickle ball/tennis/volleyball and be a kid again on the two playgrounds.
