The Sea Horse Villa set in beautiful Shoy’s Estates overlooking the Buccaneer Resort and Golf Course with incredible views of the sun setting into the mountains to the west.

Conveniently located within a 5-minute drive to restaurants, golf, and the historic town of Christiansted, and just minutes from a quarter-mile long sandy beach, the Sea Horse Villa offers the best of the Caribbean all within a private, gated community.

This home features a MAIN HOUSE comprised of a Living Room/Kitchen/Dining Area and a luxurious Master Suite all on the same level. There is a set of steps down to the POOL DECK. From there, down an outdoor flight of steps, you will find the GUEST HOUSE featuring two detached guest bedrooms with full baths, and an outdoor balcony.

The GUEST HOUSE also includes a separate large suite below with its own bedroom, a full bath, a Living/Dining Area, kitchenette, TV, and a private balcony. Access to this suite is a quick walk down the driveway to the lower level.

Enjoy your day soaking in the sun and swimming at your own private pool all while taking in some of the islands most breathtaking views. Or, go explore the island for the day! Visit 3 beaches within a 5 minute car ride. Watch the sunrise from the easternmost point of the United States at Point Udall. Hike at Annaly tide pools in Carambola. Drive through the rainforest. Take in the harbor views from the beach bar on Hotel on the Cay. Snorkel at Buck Island Reef National Monument. Shop at the historic Frederiksted pier. Dine at the many amazing restaurants (*2 week in advance reservations recommended). So much to do on this beautiful island!!

Wonderful Christmas
Our family, 6 people, had a lovely stay over the holidays. The home is in a safe central location. David the property manager was very nice. The home was well stocked with basic soap, paper products, beach towels, and kitchen equipment. They even had a Christmas tree for us. We will definitely look at staying next time!

Cool breezes and stunning view
Our family of 6 gathered at Sea Horse Villa for a week over spring break to visit with our adult daughter who has moved to St. Croix. We had two 15 year olds, two 28 year olds and two 55 year olds. The house has a wonderful layout that allows four separate private suite experiences and one central gathering space plus the pool area. Perfect set up for us! We loved that the grocery was 3 minutes away, downtown Christensted only a couple of minutes further, and the Buccaneer resort beach a simple downhill drive. Owner communication was clear and easy (and we planned many months in advance), we were welcomed by David and a GORGEOUS welcome basked which we fully consumed. Perfect level of privacy along with the feeling that David was available if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this property!

Great trip
We just returned from a week at Sea Horse Villa and had a great time at the property. The house is lovely and really has a comfortable home feel to it. The location within the gated Shoy's community is great for exploring the East End of the Island and for heading into Christiansted but is still an easy ride out to the West End or North Shore for the day. The views off the porch and out over the pool are beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. Maura was great to deal with and check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely recommend this property for folks looking for a spot to stay on St. Croix.

Beautiful St. Croix
There is tons of space in this home.- we were fewer but it can easily accommodate 8 adults. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a private bathroom. There is a large open family/ dining room. For our month long stay, we were hoping for cable or satellite tv to watch regular US programs. It’s at the top of a large hill which makes it lovely but my mom who is 89 couldn’t take her short walks from the house which impinged on her independence. Overall, the place was great.

Perfect for family togetherness!
With a separate master suite in the main house, and lower level bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a second family suite with kitchenette and living area, it would be hard to find a better setup. Whenever we had a question or issue, our VRBO contact and property manager were both exceptional at addressing it. Some of the furnishings were a little tired but fully functional, so it will certainly serve you well!

Beautiful villa with gorgeous view
Sea Horse Villa was amazing and perfect for our family and friends. We were 4 adults and 4 teenagers and it was plenty room for everyone. The villa is located in a gated community, very safe and quiet neighborhood, with beautiful and well maintained grounds. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning for a jog (the hills were quite a work out) or a walk. Everyone in the development was friendly, waving at you from their cars or front porch. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook or you can grill by the pool. Every morning we had breakfast by the pool with a gorgeous view. Communication was great from the start, and they provided us with all the information that we needed. David the property host was excellent, very kind, attentive, willing to assist in anyway possible and he was few miles away from us in case we needed him. We rented a car so every day we went to a different place. The villa is located 15-20 minutes from Point Udall and Isaac Bay( which was my favorite beach) and Christiansted Downtown. We also went in a trip with Captain Heinz to Buck Island ( which was the highlight of our trip). We absolutely loved the Sea Horse Villa and we hope one day will go back. We would recommend it to anyone visiting the island, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Maura, David and Keery and Ellis Families!

One Word.... AMAZING
This is one of the most memorable vacations that my family and I have ever taken... We had a family of eight that vacations in this Villa and we couldn't be any more happy the whole process from start to finish was stress-free and very accommodating. We have stayed in St Croix before but this will be the new spot to go. The view is amazing and the hospitality even better. We loved it so much we stayed another week beyond our vacation... We'll be going back very soon LOL...

Sea horse Villa Review
This location was perfect for the stay. It was in a safe gated community with beach access to Shoys. The house and guest house with 2 rooms were great and spacious . Although furniture is outdated the house itself makes up for it. David was very helpful and welcoming. Any question or concern we had was answered promptly . Overall great experience will be returning soon!
