Next to Plaza Bocagrande Shopping Mall, walking distance to the Walled city, within 2 blocks of 3 different supermarkets. Perfect for long stays. 30-day min. stay.

There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with closets. Two independent, full bathrooms with showers. Fully air-conditioned space (including the kitchen), which has a washer/dryer combination. Bocagrande is an amazing neighborhood. This property is located walking distance to everything you need: supermarkets, the walled city, the beach and a shopping mall are across the street.

What makes this property unique

This apartment is located in a 12th floor at the entrance of Bocagrande. It has amazing natural light pouring through the windows during the day and you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks and beach at night. The balcony lets you see across to the Bay, to the Walled city and to the beach. And when you've had enough heat, the apartment is fully air-conditioned (even the kitchen!). Washer/dryer on premise. Strong wifi.
