A fine place stay in Phoenix.

The location was close to all of the facilities I needed for my trip. I felt comfortable walking to and from the condos. I would definitely stay here again.

Sparkling Clean

Super clean, great gym, nice pool, very convenient to walk to downtown restaurants and theaters. Also super quiet, so perfect sleeping conditions. Definitely not a place for a party crowd, which was perfect for us. Owner was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Amazing host

It was my first time booking through Vrbo and it was for a coworker that came from overseas. Although we had minor hiccups due to not understanding the entry key app, the host was super helpful and responsive during the entire stay that made everything easy. Will book again in the future for any longer term stays!
