Northwoods Rentals welcomes you to your vacation home, with stunning views of Lake Roosevelt from the 20-foot wide, vaulted wall of windows. The main level open floor plan has a large, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room which opens onto a large lakeview deck. The main level also has a master bedroom with a king bed and attached full bathroom. An over-sized upstairs loft features more panoramic views, 2 queen beds, a desk/work area and a half bath. Downstairs you will find a 3rd full bathroom, full laundry, 3rd bedroom with 2 full-sized beds, a small family room with a sound and light machine for singing and dancing. Plus, a private flex room which provides additional sleeping for up to 4 more and one of three smart TVs. This is the perfect hangout for movie nights or a getaway for the kids. The walkout lower level offers more lakeside views and a small private patio.

Lakeside you will find 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a swim raft and a swim mat and clear water perfect for swimming from your private dock. You can view Loon Island preserve from the shore or paddle your way to the call of the loons. Lake Roosevelt is a spectacularly clean lake with depths up to 130 feet with plenty of northern, muskie, walleye, bass, and panfish to fish or spear right off the dock year-round. We have a newer Bennington pontoon for up to 10 with 90 hp available to rent which can be filled with gas and ready to go right at your dock. We even refill the gas once you are done. There is an easily accessible public boat launch should you choose to bring your own boat. There are over 1700 acres to explore on Lake Roosevelt, the magical Woods Bay and connecting Lawrence Lake. To wind down, you may choose to relax in the hammock, tell tales by the large firepit with plenty of firewood or enjoy some friendly competition playing outdoor games.

We are in Outing, MN which is a popular area to ride side by side or 4-wheeler and snowmobile. There are miles and miles of groomed trails and plenty of events and planned rides throughout the year. We offer trailer parking and a trail map for your convenience.

Local attractions that can be accessed by boat include the Channel Bar and Grill which often has live bands, bags tournaments and meat raffles, Owls and Things for ice cream, treats and shopping, Crooked Lake Café and Lake Country or Shadberry liquor store. There is also a marina and the Outing station for gas, live bait and essentials. And just up the road, Little Emily Lake has a new beach and park to enjoy. Local golf courses include Crosswords and Emily Greens. While there is plenty to keep your group busy right here in Outing, there is additional shopping, restaurants, breweries and entertainment in Crosslake as well as another public beach and mini golf. Nearby Crosby has a wonderful walking downtown to explore with more shopping, restaurants, amazing Cuyuna mountain bike trails with bike rentals available, kayaking and a lookout point that will take your breath away,
