Resort was great, Unit Has potential
We loved the Tamarron resort amenities and location. The online listing was not completely accurate, fireplace did not work and there was a drip coffee pot not a Keurig as shown in listing photos. There were 2 main issues that prevented me from leaving a higher rating. One, was the lack of basic essentials and adequate supplies. We stayed as a family for a week and only one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, and three dish pods were provided. There wasn’t hand soap or shower supplies which I feel like are essentials and always provided in all my other VRBOs stays. Secondly, the unit has been updated and was nice, but definitely needs a very thorough deep clean. There was a very pungent, unpleasant smell throughout the unit that I believe was coming from the fridge and the floors were very grimy and I had to mop them during our stay because it was unbearable to walk on. The host was responsive and seemed to care about the issues I addressed to him, but unfortunately they weren’t remedied during our stay. All of this to say, it definitely has potential if these things were remedied it would have a very pleasant trip.
