Things to Know
3 dogs, under 39 lbs each, allowed per stay: dogs must arrive with crates and must be crated if left alone in the home. No other pets are allowed.If you are traveling with young children: please be warned that this property is NOT baby-proofed and there are hazards that could pose a danger to small children. The home has a raised front porch, concrete back steps, and delicate antique decorations. in addition, there is a large, 2-story shed in the corner of the backyard that has a long, wooden staircase on its exterior. Please keep yourself and your kids away from the shed!For security purposes, there is a hidden camera on the exterior of the front of the house that captures people coming and going..

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
