This property was very clean, has 3 good sized bedrooms, but only one bathroom with bath/shower facility. This was very comfortable for the 5 of us to stay overnight before our conference the next day.

We were there for an hour after eating listening to music playing cards with drinks and got kicked out because the host was worried about an complaint and we weren't loud at all

Nicole was the best i thought i booked the wrong date Nicole without hesitation changed the date turns out i was right she changed it back i thought that was so nice of her. the place was nice and we had a good time will be booking again

Overnight Stay
We chose this location for the amount of queen/king size beds and bathrooms offered and its close proximity to Lucas Oil Stadium. It was great for our overnight stay! Very clean and comfortable. The host, Nichole was able to accommodate an earlier check-in for us, which made our day’s plan go much smoother!

Very classy demure home
It was sooooo nice. To me, atleast. The stairs light up that was a plus. The couches fold out into beds and the actual beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are cute and the decoration is cute. Overall, the whole thing is great.

Affordable Stay
We had a good stay here. I rented it for my out of town colleagues to spend a night before an all-day in person retreat. We were able to spend time together in the living area, and there were comfortable places for everyone to sleep. The place was clean, but the scents between cleaning supplies and multiple plug-ins gave many of us a headache.

Unacceptable stay
The property has a nice setup on the inside, how it was infested with flies as of there was maggots at some point. I had to purchase fly spray and swatters to help control the situation. The flies were so bad, it was hard to prepared food. I had to close off the upstairs bathroom to trap the flies. I was not about to sleep at the property due to the conditions.

Poorly equipped home needing repairs.
Sink backed up. Dishwasher didn’t work. Had to put sheets and pillow cases on several beds. Under equipped kitchen so cooking was a challenge. For example, only three plates for a house that sleeps six, one hot pad, and no serving bowls. No response from owner when informed her that dishwasher didn’t work. No reply after swhen I wrote to complain.
