Homer village has several local restaurants and within 0.5 miles of Homer Center for the Arts. Quiet Village appeal with easy access to Interstate 81 and Route 13. Being centrally located, Homer offers many options for a great getaway. Walking distance to downtown Homer that has many locally owned restaurants and quaint shops. Short distance to Homer Center of Arts, Cortland Repertory Theatre located in both Little York Park and downtown Cortland. In close proximity to the Finger Lakes Region and Mountain ski areas for all season adventures.
We have a 2-level apartment that has one-bedroom with a queen size bed, small living room with an additional futon for sleeping, kitchen and bathroom in the upper level. The kitchen has access to a small porch balcony with stairs to the ground level. On the balcony is a small table with chairs to enjoy the outdoors. In the lower level is a dining area and living room. Also located in this area is a washer and dryer for you use. There is a total of 3 Roku TVs in the apartment. Access to WIFI is also available.
The apartment has 2 attached garages that are not part of the rental and access is not permitted at this time. But otherwise, the whole apartment living area is available for use.
Homer is a centrally located village that is basically 30 minutes from Syracuse to the north, Binghamton to the south, Ithaca to the southwest and Skaneateles to the west. Each of these areas are easily accessible from the apartment location. We are within 3 miles to SUNY Cortland, 22 miles to Cornell University and Ithaca College and 32 miles to Syracuse University.
