Why they chose this property

Pine Island is known as “A drinking Village with a fishing problem.” Commercial fishing was the lifeblood of the community in years past. Now well known for its ecotourism, sport fishing, and palm tree and tropical fruit farms.
Its beautiful landscape with waterways and quant neighborhoods make it a true island vibe.

What makes this property unique

Recently renovated in 2021 and no damage from Ian due to the protection of the mangroves makes this house a safe bet even in rough weather. Also we have an automatic home generator just in case power is lost.
