Enjoy privacy in your fenced-in area and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Welcome to your peaceful retreat in the heart of convenience!

Newly built Studio style fully furnished guest-home fenced in and separated from the main house.

Guests get one parking spot clearly labeled Cozy Arrivals at TPA! Follow the signs to a private entrance and enjoy your own fenced in little sanctuary!
-Have Fun Make Memories!

-No Smoking inside the property or near open doorways.

-Upon availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are charged at $50/hour, with early checking-ins no earlier than 12(noon) and late checking-outs no later than 12(noon). Unexpected Late Check-Outs are charged at $100/hour.

-Due to high occupancy rate, we cannot honor early check-in requests made on arrival day.

-Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e., Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guest are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device.

-2 Guests are included in your stay.
Additional Guest(s) - $25 per guest per night.

-No Events, Parties, or Gatherings
We kindly ask that no events, parties, or gatherings take place at our property. Gatherings are defined as any meeting or occasion involving individuals beyond the number of guests listed in your reservation, regardless of the purpose. Thank you for respecting this policy to help maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Very good Cozy Arrivals at TPA

We stayed for a month and liked this place. It was clean, well stocked with everything you needed, and was bright and cheerful. The private courtyard was full of plantings making it a nice place to relax. The queen bed was extremely comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend it.
