Secluded lodge

We stayed at the Red Sands Ridge for 2 nights. The owner had excellent communication, and greeted each guest upon arrival. She even stayed late one night so we could use the lodge’s washer/dryer which costs only $3/wash load,($5/load if you don’t have detergent), but dryer was free. You do need to set up a time to use the washer/dryer. The bathroom heater worked amazingly.😊 They are currently renovating the lodge, and do see some of the improvements already. This is a pretty remote location, in my opinion. We had to travel about 15 miles on a gravel road. Be sure to download your directions before heading there. You will need to install the “What’s app” to communicate with the owner tho due to no wifi signal. We did see a herd of buffalo in the field as we were driving to the lodge which we all got excited about. If you want peace and quiet (and little frills), and an owner who has excellent communication skills, this is a good place for you to stay.
