Getaway with friends
Beautiful, newly remodeled cabin with a great view of nature. Had everything we needed. Host was available and made sure things were to our liking. Short drive to attractions and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We are a family of 9 from LA, California. We have 7 grown children and we have been traveling with them using VRBO since the early 2000's. We have been so thankful for these homes providing a hotel like experience but the space for us all to be together. We now want to provide this for others ourselves in quiet peaceful places.

Why they chose this property

We loved that it was on the lake and so quiet. The green all around is beautiful and so many different birds and animals it has been above and beyond what we dreamed when it was put in our path. The views out the windows are phenomenal! We live in the city so this property is such a beautiful respite and NKY in general is so beautiful. We learned about it through the owners of the house next door on the left and we will be hosting with them so we can provide more space for family and friends to enjoy the Creation Museum, The Ark Encounter, the horse farms or just to get away and spend time together in the quiet.

What makes this property unique

Our home is down a private road which brings added quiet with it. It truly is a get away not just a house in a different neighborhood with some nearby sights to see. The lake is right out our front door across the small private road.
