Seabrook Island is a Fabulous Private Gated Island that offers 3.5 miles of fantastic clean sandy beach. Perfect for romantic walks, a run, or simply just making sand castles with the kids! Or you may just wish to sit and have a fabulous meal or cocktail at the Pelicans Nest Restaurant while you enjoy the sunset. On Sunday's the Club House has a Fabulous Brunch! Regardless if you chose to have a day of adventure or simply relax at the beach or pool, you are sure to have a marvelous experience.

Our lovely 1,400 sq/ft Villa Offers:
- Wheelchair accessible from parking lot. No stairs to enter or in the villa.
- Sleeps 6 (Seabrook Island rental regs do not allow more)
- Main Bedroom: King Bed, TV, private bathroom
- 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed, TV
- Pullout Queen Sofa in living room and air mattresses available
- Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, high chair, pack and play available
- Secluded entry way deck with outdoor dining and BBQ grill
- Side/rear balcony off enclosed porch looks out to the 9th tee
- Internet/WiFi and Cable TV, no house phone
- Less than 5 min drive to Beach Club, Pool, Golf club, and dining. On evenings when golf has waned it is a 500 yard walk along the course instead of driving. :)

Seabrook Island Amenities:
You will need an Amenities Card during your stay. While on Island the amenity card functions as a credit card and access card to the facilities. Seabrook is a cashless Island; all charges will go to the credit card linked. The amenity card is shareable but remember all charges go to the credit card linked.

Fees: A $15.00 refundable card deposit is collected per amenity card. The card deposit is refunded when the card(s) are returned in usable condition.
The daily/weekly Amenity Fee will apply of $40/day or $225/week.
Additional guests staying in the same property that wish to link their own credit card will be charged a 50.00 admin fee per credit card.

Private, stocked comfortable villa

The outside seating areas are tucked away from the surrounding villas to give a sense of privacy. Villa is well stocked with everything needed, just bring a suitcase. Besides the living and dining areas, a back enclosed area provides more common area for communal time together.

Nice beach getaway

The beaches at Seabrook are lovely! The property was within a short driving distance of the boardwalks and amenities. The house itself had all the necessary items for a nice stay. I especially appreciated the beach items they made available including sand toys, shade umbrellas, and a tote cart...very helpful and made the beach experience for my elderly mother more pleasant.

Lovely Island

The property is definitely one of the best for accessibility on the island. There are no stairs to get into the villa, which is a huge plus. The property is very clean and has a great ready-to-use kitchen. The furnishing are a bit dated, but very usable & clean. The island itself is absolutely stunning. Some of the best sunrises & sunsets around on the beaches.

Condo was clean and the perfect size for 5 of us. It is not walking distance to the beach or pool which can be a headache with three younger kids. But it was nice and quiet

This place was perfect for our needs. We had a wedding so we did not need ocean front but it was great to have the pool in downtime. I should have spent a bit more time understanding where to get passes, etc - that was quite confusing and we had driven all day so an easier process to get to the unit would have been appreciated. The place was perfect for us so once we got it all figured out it was all good.

Golf Shores Villa

We absolutely loved our stay at Rich’s villa. The area was beautiful as well as our rental. It was the perfect space for 4 people to enjoy themselves. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make dinner- the grocery store was a short drive as well as a few stores & restaurants that we also thoroughly enjoyed. The area was clean, quiet & absolutely beautiful. Rich was available when we needed him, so that was also a plus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful

Beautiful island. House is clean and well stocked and very comfortable. Our host is wonderful at communication and assistance. Great place if you have an elderly or stair impaired guest. No steps at all to navigate. The pools are wonderful We just discovered the lake house pool which was less crowded and beautifully kept. The beaches are kept nicely and walks on the beach are tranquil. Thank you fir a wonderful stay at your little slice of heaven

Vacation 2023

The villa was as described both good and bad reviews. Yes the furniture was a little dated, but that didn’t matter we had an excellent time. The kitchen is probably one of the best stocked of any rental we’ve ever done. It is definitely pet friendly with supplies for your dog in case they should have an accident not that we needed them it was great that they were there just in case. The only only complaint that we had was not against the villa. It was against the Pelicans nest restaurant. We went to have an early dinner and we were asked if we were members because dinner was for members only. I thought that the amenities card was too allow us use of things. Not wanting to cause a scene we just left. The beach is beautiful saw lots of seagulls, pelicans and even a group of dolphins. Advise you to use boardwalk 9 if you have difficulty with stairs. Other wildlife seen: deer, plenty of squirrels and even an alligator. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Perfect and easy

This place was absolutely perfect. My family was there for a family reunion and we were so thrilled to have place to retreat to. It was clean, well kept, baby and kid friendly. The host, Rich, was accommodating and friendly. There was a washer and dryer available which was great to get clothes washed before going home. I was able to cook meals for my kids easily. The layout of the house is very convenient and makes you feel like you’re at a home away from home. I will be renting this place again I’m the future!

Winter Warm Weather Get Away

This was our first visit to Seabrook Island. The Island is beautiful. Many pools and an unbelievable beach. Amenities were top notch. The amenity card was a pain to get but very convenient during our stay. We were very disappointed in the villa we rented. When we go on vacation, we like to be comfortable within the unit we rent and enjoy the interior surroundings. This was not the case for us with this rental. The pictures make the unit appear very bright. It was not bright. The furniture was a mix match and very old and tired. Not at all comfortable. The tables were rickety. You could feel the wood on the ottoman (under all the cushions). The sunroom could have been beautiful but was sparsely furnished with, yet again, very uncomfortable and worn furniture. The outside deck (on the golf course side) could fit one person/chair. The chair was plastic and of poor quality. Additional seating outside was mismatched and plastic. The TVs were a mess. My husband is pretty tech savvy and could not get them to work - at least nothing much watchable. They turned on, etc. The unit overall was very dated. Appeared to be 1970's. Again, clean but very dated. Our preference is to have a more up to date unit. The location was not bad on the island. But we did not want to spend any time at our rental because it was dark and very uncomfortable. It was a great disappointment to us. Lastly, we waited over an hour to get on to the island. We were told we could use the island all day. But, if the gate house does not have your reservation, no entry is allowed. We called the owner and waited. Then we called VRBO and waited. Even the guard said "Well, that stinks." He had observed us waiting for a long period of time - approximately an hour. Not our best VRBO rental. Would not recommend. Would not rent again.

Clean and quiet

Villa was clean and quiet. Host was kind enough to let us know when the villa was ready, we arrived a little early. Could use a few updates and new replacements with some of the linens. We would gladly stay again.

We think of it as Turnkey living; we supply everything right down to the laundry soap, dryer sheets and spices for cooking. So when you go home you just have to put away your clean clothes and relax. : )

The deck offers a wonderful entertaining area and privacy with a Barbecue and outdoor dining. The Ocean Winds golf course is directly behind our home with the 9th hole tee box..., brand new sand toys & Boogie Boards. (2) pack and plays and a high chair for children.

We always have a Fabulous experience every time we get the chance to go. It is always hard to leave. Totally Fun for all ages! And so much to do... everyone will have a fantastic time!
