Close to Nellis AFB
This townhouse is in a great, quiet, gated neighborhood. It is located near the Air Force Base which was convenient for us since we were visiting our son who is currently stationed there. The home has close access to shopping as well as the highway making trips to Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam and downtown Vegas an easy commute. We appreciated the space within the home and the garage parking was a bonus. The home has access to the 2 neighborhood pools which was a perfect way to cool down after a long day hiking. I would recommend this home as a convenient home base to explore North Las Vegas.
