Everything in the apartment is brand new, and the pullout couch in the living room allows for up to 4 guests traveling together to have a great spot to relax while they explore the area. Conveniently next to downtown Ellsworth while only being 20min to the Park!

-With this being a new construction the grass has been torn up and the yard around the unit is mostly dirt at this time as grass has been planted and we are waiting for it to grow!

Clean, sparse, comfortable
This newish property has all the basics, plus a convenient washer and dryer. The bed was a little soft for our comfort, and the large window over the bed needs a curtain, but everything else was great! Fortunately we did not use the kitchen to prepare meals (too much lobster to be eaten at great restaurants), but there need to be some accumulated spices and cooking utensils as there was only salt, pepper, PAM, and Olive Oil. The 17 stairs to climb from the parking area are a bit annoying after a long day of hiking and biking in Acadia, but once inside everything was very comfortable and very clean.

Wonderful stay!
This property was pretty perfect! The only complaint I have is it would be nice if the door would have a blind on it or some type of covering for privacy. Would definitely stay again,I highly recommend this beautiful clean place!
