Neat place
Overall the place is neat. There's a few things that i notice or happened. The masterbedroom and the room closest to the stairs doors dont fully close. Theres a leak from the ceiling on the room closest to the strais in the far left side of the room. The owner responded quickly to any inquiries that I had.

Owner not responding after finding active leak in bedroom and place smelled liked tobacco
Owner was initially responsive during my inquiries prior to booking but when we arrived at the property we found an active leak from the ceiling in one of the bedrooms, he stopped responding after messaging him about it. So my kids and I that were supposed to sleep in that room had to book a hotel room because we are unable to sleep there. The other rooms in the property were for my mom and my brother’s family. We even left a pot on the bed to catch all the dripping so the bed wouldn’t get soaked. I have photos and videos for evidence. Another thing we also noticed, is that the place smelled like tobacco. You can instantly smell it as soon as you get in the property. Parking garage can only fit compact cars so if you have SUVs you can only fit 1 inside and just fyi ceiling is too low if you need to open the trunk. Parking outside is hard since driveway is for passing through only. Overall, it was not a good experience. Among the other 2 vrbo properties we rented during our stay in LA and SD for this trip, this was our least liked one. I would not recommend.

Nice house and nice location
We enjoyed our time in LA and this home was a big part of it. Getting in and out of the property is not that easy with a big car. I would absolutely use this house again.

Tough Night
-fairly nice apartment (weird smell but manageable) -tight entry/exit -AC didn’t work (let property owner know & never received a response) had to open all windows. Apartment next to it was having a party till 3:30am and were extremely loud. -was asked not to wear shoes inside but the floors were cracked. -received multiple check in instructions/rules reminders never received a response when we inquired about the AC. -one plus was how close restaurants were
