The apartment is furnished for comfort for a maximum of 2 people. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and separate bathroom with a toilet and shower. Also a second bathroom.

The lounge is open plan with a dining area, and counter tops between the lounge and kitchen. The lounge has a sofa, with good lighting in the day, and a small balcony.

It is a very modern and comfortable apartment, in an affluent neighborhood and therefore best suited for couples or solo professional visitor requiring comfort, high speed internet and privacy.

It's walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants and bars, as well as many cafes and coffee shops.

The nearest mall is 'Parque Arboleda' just a 2 min walk from the apartment.

The apartment is very central to the main shopping, restaurant and bar district called 'Circunvalar.' It is also walking distance to the centre of the city 'el centro' about a 20 min walk. Taxis are always available and very cheap, as well as a reliable bus service to all districts. The bus station is a 15 min walk or 5 min taxi, and this has services to all tourist attractions and other major towns and cities.
