Our sun-filled, airy vacation home is the ideal romantic getaway for any couple. There is a beachfront, 6th-floor (top floor) balcony with a panoramic view of this very social and spacious resort as well as the beach. The stunning view at night will be the most romantic backdrop you've ever experienced. Our cozy living area has large beachfront windows that let in the light and view of the shore. Our open-floor plan gives you a view from every living space. Our dining area has a cozy area for 4, as well as a matching breakfast bar for those late light snacks or early morning feasts. Our fully equipped kitchen is home to full-size appliances, shelving, and many other goodies that will help you prepare that romantic dinner for two or casual meal for you and your guests. Last but certainly not least is our tastefully refreshing master bedroom suite. It features a view of the beach, a king-size bed, and private bathroom. You'll have plenty of room to unpack and a TV to enjoy. If you bring a guest or two along, you'll be glad to know that our living area sofa has a pull out bed and there is a guest bathroom for your convenience. Please let the rental company know ahead of time that you will be requiring extra linens for the sofa sleeper. "This was such a stunning experience for us. The property and condo are VERY well maintained. It looks directly at the beach. You can see the waves crashing onto the beach laying in the primary bed. It's really very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property is gated, so you can only get in or out with a code or pass and they have security guards that walk the property regularly. We felt very safe at all times. We won't hesitate to book this condo again."

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.

This was our first time to SPI and while the location of this condo was perfect, the furniture, the bedding, the silverware, glassware, & bathroom vanities were all so dated it was as if we stepped back in time. Furniture is uncomfortable. There was no comforter on the bed. It was a fleece blanket. The sheets were too big, the mattress topper too small and there was a plastic mattress protector under all of that which was too big so sheets came off corners all night long. The kitchen was equipped very minimally. There were two corkscrews but no wine glasses. Really cheap silverware, not enough glasses, knives that wouldn't cut a cucumber. The view was fantastic, and the pools were well maintained. Great beach walking. We liked the Saida complex as a whole just disappointed with the state of this condo. Upgrades to it would be very advisable.

What a view!

The condo was as described on the website. It is easy to access, clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay. The view is just wonderful. A 4 minute walk and your on the beach. I plan on coming back.

Update unit

In our view the unit needs to be updated, bathrooms and kitchen especially. The couch and love seat should be replaced. Would not rent this unit again.

Anniversary Trip

Overall the trip was okay. The condo was clean but the furniture needs to be updated. It wasn’t clean and was not comfortable. We encountered an odor of marijuana the first afternoon on our deck. Then the next several days it came into our condo through the ventilation. We called and complained but it never got any better. We both got headaches from it and had to leave a day early because we couldn’t stand it any longer.

Property was comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. I only have two suggestions. Have a Keurig coffee pot and limit pool hours for children. Adults only after 9 PM.

Great location. The views from everywhere in the house are amazing. Close walk to beach . Has everything you need . Pools & hot tubs are great & grounds are kept very clean. Great condo !

Nice place!

The condo is nice. It is clean and well furnished. Location is perfect. Patio is very nice. Easy check in and check out. No hidden fees which was a relief. There is an adjacent condo property that was partying until 2am every night. Bring ear plugs just in case. That’s not the owner’s fault and we did choose to go on spring break - so par for the course. I do wish the property allowed kids in hot tub with adult supervision. That was a bummer for the kids. Overall enjoyed it very much.

Saida 2-602

Check in was super easy. We were about an hour early, but our rental was ready and we were allowed to check in early. The unit was clean, had a fabulous view of the beach and ocean. We watched a fireworks display from our balcony that was done on the water... spectacular! The only ossues we experienced were that the TV in the livingroom would not come on and the elevator was not working for about 24 hours. We used the stairs and got our steps in, but the 6th floor was a ways up. Overall, it was a great stay for the price and we would stay there again.

VACATION TO SPI

We arrived and tried to make coffee and plug in our charges in the kitchen none of the outlets worked. Then when to take a shower in the primary bedroom bath and there was vomit on the shower curtain it was so gross, just not the best first impression. We ended up leaving a day early as our daughter had a terrible sore throat and stomach ache, was just really not sure if it was cleaned and disinfected well before we arrived.

Great view of beach. Main shower had mold on shower curtain. Balcony has black mold next to windows and storage door has holes and needs work. Stove does not cook at setting temperature. Had to bake longer and higher temp. It needs calibrating. Couches need cleaning or replaced. They have dirt and arm sweat ground in to the arm and cushion apolstry. Rug in sitting area around couch needs replaced. It has holes and corners are torn and dangerous. There is no recycling on the island. Unfortunate on that since 2 people generate quite a bit of recyclables in 1 week.

The photos are deceiving!

The only thing accurate about the photos in the ad is the closeness to the beach. The unit looks old and worn and in desperate need of deep cleaning and updating - particularly the bathrooms! Not sure when the photos were taken, but kudos to the photographer for making it look so good.

Great Place to Unwind

The space was neat and clean, well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable king bed. Perhaps the best part of this condo is the balcony with a perfect view of the beach and surf. Will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity!

Great clean beach. Clean condo. Staff very accommodating. Immaculate grounds. Poor water pressure.

We will return. We love the community. Great restaurants. I wish they would provide enough towels and linens for the entire stay instead of having to go to the main office to exchange. Overall a great beach rental.

View Was Great!

We arrived Monday evening. Discovered there was no toilet paper. So off we went to CVS to purchase that and coffee filters. No Keuirig, coffee pot but no filters. Construction going on in another unit while we were there. Noisy. Also loud obnoxious person yelling at midnight on their balcony. Thank God for the amazing view and weather! I would stay here again in another unit. I wanted to email the owner directly but my only option was to write a review.
