The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

There are 2 air queen size air mattresses available. We provide additional bedding and towels to ensure comfort for larger groups, offering all the comforts of home during your stay.

Other things to note
Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted, and parties, live music, amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ, or karaoke are prohibited both inside and outside the house at all times.

Spa heating is included with your booking (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically).

There's an additional $150/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating before or during your stay, but please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach 88 degrees upon your arrival. Pool heating is available for $95/day during the warmer season (April-October), with a minimum requirement of 2 days.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30 per hour, subject to approval.

For security reasons, outdoor surveillance cameras are installed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. $1000 fee will be applied for violations of any of our house rules.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

Prior to check-in, guests are required to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO for safety purposes. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
