If this property is available, book it! It could not have been a better location. This property is nestled perfectly between Alys beach and Rosemary beach. You are walking distance to Alys, Seacrest Village and Rosemary. The balcony overlooks the pool, which has a 9:00 open time so you won’t wake up to early swimmers. There’s a tram system that can take you to the village or the beach, but you don’t really need it. You are literally right across the road to the private beach entrance. They also provide bikes so you can venture out. You are only 10 minutes from the hub and 15-20 minutes from Seaside, depending on traffic. The house itself was stocked with nearly everything we needed! They had some beach toys for the kids and chairs for the parents. Plenty of house and beach towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and each room had their own TV if everyone has had enough family time and wants to tuck away for a bit. They had a ton of family games available as well. The small things I wish I knew, but it didn’t affect our experience, but I hope it helps yours. They don’t stock extra trash bags or any paper towels or dish soap. So if you are planning on staying more than a couple days, I would bring some. Also when you arrive, there’s a little checkin area to get your wristbands for your stay at the pool. Do that first. Overall, I can’t believe this property doesn’t stay booked up. It is perfect!
