Main 4 bedroom house 8 guests max, add extra 1 bedroom suite/casita for 5 total bedrooms to allow for 11 guests max (suite is an extra charge per night). Lake front property in Jarvis Bay area! The main home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a maximum 8 guest policy; however, if your group is larger we can include the one bedroom suite/casita, an extra charge nightly will apply and increases the maximum guest limit to11. The suite is attached to the main home and located on the main floor on the left side of the front foyer. When included it just becomes part of the main house. It includes a full kitchen, extra full bath, extra living room, laundry and bedroom with queen size bed, private exterior entrance and deck - for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The last few home photos on this listing are of the suite.

This large, bright, spacious high-end, extremely well-appointed Lake House/Cottage comes with amazing lake views and all the modern amenities including hardwood floors. Primary bedroom has double doors to a private deck facing the lake, gas fireplace, T.V., walk-in closet and a full ensuite with double shower, and lake views while lounging on the comfy bed - very romantic! The living room area is open to the kitchen/dining room & has a wall mounted plasma TV with a Blue Ray DVD, stereo, leather couches and gas fireplace and more lake views while relaxing on the couch. There is free internet & Shaw Blue Curve TV. The majority of living is done on the upper level to take advantage of the lake view with 3 bdrms upstairs & 2 full baths (newly upgraded) with the 4th bdrm & 3rd bath on the main floor. All beds are queen sized except one room has a day bed which can be 2 single beds capable of making a queen/king sized bed. Newly updated full kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer & dryer. All kitchen gadgets as well, coffee pot, kettle, waffle maker, blender, wine glasses, baking essentials, and all dishes, pots and pans etc..

Front & rear decks with great sun exposure for tanning during the day and nice shade options. Also beautiful, private backyard with a fire pit for hot dog roasts, a deck with a table, umbrella and 4 chairs. Gas BBQ and patio furniture sets including a 2 couches, 6 club chairs, ottoman, 2 adirondack chairs, and additional chairs, coffee and end tables located on the upper front deck facing the lake. Rear deck has outdoor dining with umbrella. LAKEVIEW FROM INSIDE THE HOME AND FRONT DECK and you can ENJOY - STUNNING SUNSETS Plenty of chairs to sit around the firepit as well and some lawn chairs to take over to the beach.

Home is Ideal for families, lots of extra's for the kids that you won't have to bring, i.e. playpen (portable crib), highchair, plastic dishes/utensils for little ones, games for everyone. 7 nights minimum in July and August.

Home is on Jarvis Bay Drive, a 30km/hour quiet street and private area and only minutes from all amenities. Located across the street from the Petro Beach, with a shallow water play area, tons of sand and lots of grassy spots, and warm water; lots of fun is had by all. The lake is large, deep and very clean.

Walk diagonally across the street to the beach and swimming area. Sip your morning coffee on the deck while gazing across the lake. You can moor your boat directly across from the house but a heavy anchor is needed in case of strong wind. This home/cottage is in a quiet area and only 15 minute walk (approximate) or short bike ride/boat ride and/or drive to the main part of the town of Sylvan Lake where there is: beach volleyball area, aqua water park, large kids playground, restaurants, marina, grocery stores, ice cream shops and many other little shops. Sylvan Lake also has a Walmart Super Centre, Sobeys, Superstore, Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc.

NOTE: In July and August we usually rent for 7 nights minimum. Occasionally, if dates align we may allow a 5 night stay. As we only have 2 months of a high season, we do not allow any gaps between stays.
