Great Condo Steps To Beach 21C!
You'll have the best vacation at our townhome which tastefully decorated just a short walk to the beach.
This unit features 2 full size beds in the lower level bedroom and a King size bed in the upstairs Loft / Bedroom. You'll love sipping your coffee on the private patio. Our community is directly across the street from the beach.

☼Full kitchen including coffee pot (Pod Style), all cooking utensils and more!
☼Washer and dryer
☼Shared outdoor grill
☼ Umbrella, some beach toys included.
THE MEMORY MAKERS:
☼ 18 hole Putt-Putt (equipment included)
☼4 pools (one heated seasonally), kiddie pool, and hot tub
Guest Access:
When you’re here, the whole condo is yours! You’ll also have access to all pools, hot tub and putt putt within the community! Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.
Other things to note:
Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each (for guests 6 years of age or older) and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well.
**GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.
**NO SMOKING, VAPING OR LIGHTING CANDLES ALLOWED.

We want this to be an amazing vacation for you. If there is anything you need, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately.

☼ Unregistered quests and visitors not allowed
☼ Quiet time hours are 11pm-7am
☼ No drugs, smoking, vaping in home or on patio
