This adorable beach bungalow sits steps from the river and minutes to the beach. It is the perfect combination of the old Florida style with a modern touch. It sits directly across the street from the only golf course in Daytona Beach Shores. Watch the beautiful cotton candy sunset sky on the front and back porches. There are 2 bedrooms with King size beds and a bonus room with a single daybed and a workplace. The property has been remodeled almost completely with brand new kitchen and bathrooms.
There is ample free parking on the "U" shaped driveway with room for your cars, trucks, motorcycles, trailers, etc. Restaurants and entertainment are right around the corner and access to all the Daytona Beach events is nearby.

I am a former collegiate women's lacrosse coach that loves creating, inspiring and evolving. I find peace by the water and I have a passion for traveling. I am from Baltimore, have lived in Florida for 18 years and am currently residing in Ormond Beach, FL with my fiancé. Together we buy homes, renovate them ourselves and create experiences for our guests that we hope to be memorable. We currently operate 5 short term rentals and want to add more.

Daytona Beach Shores motto is "Everything is Better Here" and we agree! It has beautiful beaches, great restaurants and is close to everything Daytona Beach has to offer.
What makes this property unique
This property is so homey, decorated beautifully and has absolutely everything you need for your stay. It is a stones throw from the beach and a few blocks from the river. It is very peaceful and serene. We choose to stay here to enjoy its beauty whenever it is not booked.
