Amelia By the Sea is the perfect getaway for you and your family! Everyone can enjoy exploring the park, walking on the beach, or fishing, then come back to cook dinner together oceanside. This beautiful end-unit condo is tucked right behind the dunes and just steps from the beach with immaculate views of the gulf. It is located in a gated community with a pool and boardwalk leading to the beach and a nature trail.
- The 1st floor’s redesigned floor plan was reworked for the best views that allow you to look right over the dunes while relaxing in the living room and cooking in the kitchen.

- Walk out on one of the three balconies and feel like you are sitting right on the beach!
- Both the main suite and the second-floor west-facing bedroom have king-sized beds and gulf views with private balconies that look out onto the gulf.
- The bathroom in the main suite also looks out at the ocean through a large window so you can relax in the tub while watching the sunset!
- The kid's room sleeps four with two sets of bunked beds.
- The living room has a beautiful leather sectional and a queen-sized sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two (counting queen futon the unit sleeps 10)

Great Place

Hard to get to but worth it if you're not looking for a "Commercial type Beach" experience but a get away. Well equipped for both inside and at the beach. If you forget to bring something, you are limited on places to shop.

Best Cape San Blas Beach View Ever

This was a wonderful place to stay. Hosts were highly responsive, the view was the best, and it was nice having an end unit. Such a perk to have kayaks, bikes, and a wagon because it was less for us to have to haul down there. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again. Items that I appreciate when they work well: A/C, hot water, and an ice maker. Those boxes were checked and greatly used! :)

Great place to stay.

Overall we had a great experience at this property. Location was great and very close to the beach. Gated community. Plenty of parking. The house could have been a little cleaner. There was quite a bit of dog hair throughout the house. Other than that everything was perfect.

Cape San Blas getaway with spectacular view / location

We booked a winter stay (January) in this 3 level townhome in an older complex on Cape San Blas. This unit was an older unit (one of the first built) in this development near the entrance to the State Park. The end unit had wonderful views, was clean and had comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and quality appointments / linens, etc. The unit shows its age but has, for the most part, been well cared for. We would recommend it to others.

Anniversary trip

Would difintly book again. You wake up to the sound of the beach. The sunsets are beautiful off any of the 3 balconies. Very spacious place and peaceful. I do recommend they check their beach stuff they offer. You can tell past renters didnt take care of.

Amelia was very responsive & very nice to work with. When we had electrical & lighting issues the first night she sent two people to help who were also very nice & helpful. A couple things - we arrived an hour after the allowed check in time & the cleaning crew was still there, & the floor was dangerously wet when we entered. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets, & some of the vertical posts on the steps to the front door were broken which was dangerous when my 88 yr. old mother went to brace herself. The deadbolt on the 2nd floor balcony door didn’t work & we found the door standing open several times when we hadn’t used it. We were told people don’t lock their doors there anyway. Overall we enjoyed our vacation very much. Just thought you would want to know.

Great Condo / Incredible Views

The condo was everything we wanted in a crack vacation. The positioning of the condo provides amazing views from all three stories of the condo. We would happily stay again!

Nice Condo with a Beautiful View

We took my parents on vacation with us this year. My father burns easily so he spent most his days on the main floor and on the balcony. It was nice having a half bath on this level. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The second floor bathroom looked to be recently renovated and was perfect for my parents and kids. The third floor tub/shower is extremely deep so be careful getting out! Make sure to hold on to the bar. Our daily back saver was the handicapped ramp leading to the beach. It made carrying chairs and pulling coolers much easier than navigating stairs. Our kids enjoyed the use of the kayaks and borrowed a float and umbrella from the closet with beach supplies. This was the first time we have ever been to Florida and didn’t have any rain! The weather was beautiful and the water was clear enough to see the ocean floor all but one day. We didn’t use the bikes, they looked like they needed some repair. Overall the condo was the perfect size for eight people. We all had enough space that we could play games together or sneak off to a quieter area for reading or just watching the ocean. The location is remote and perfect if you are looking to unplug from your everyday life.

Beautiful place!

This views at this condo cannot be beat--unreal! The location within SeaCliffs was great also. Very close to the pool and beach boardwalk. It was also very nice that the beach boardwalk was a ramp and not steps (like many in the area are). It worked very well with the nice beach cart provided at the rental. The beach gear at the rental was a nice bonus also. The house was pretty, with an especially cozy feeling in the kitchen/living room level. The kitchen is really well stocked, with everything we needed to cook all of our meals during our stay. The sturdy, comfortable furniture on all 3 balconies was a much-appreciated feature. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. Overall a great stay!

Great Cape San Blas Escape

Family and I am escape to the Cape for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The views from the room were great! We saw dolphins, play, manta, rays, and all kind of wildlife. The access to the beach was easy and was very nice. I will be coming back again!

Perfect spot for the extended family

Couldn't have asked for a better location or amenities within. Stayed over Thanksgiving, and the kitchen was packed with enough to easily create a feast for 4 adults and 2 kids. Communication with the owners was top notch too. Looking forward to coming back.

A+ Sunet and Gulf Views

"Amelia by the Sea" has some of the prettiest views I've ever seen on the gulf. The sunset view is top notch, especially from the third floor balcony. The walk to the beach is even closer than it appears and the general area was extraordinarily clean considering that it's a dog friendly community. We loved our stay and the host was very quick to communicate with us. Cape San Blas is a fun little place to visit, especially if you love dogs.

Cape San blas is our favorite place to be and this house was perfect for us. The location on the beach is gorgeous. The set up of the bunk bed room was perfect for our four kids. The kitchen had all the necessities. The owners were responsive and super kind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were more than thankful that the owners of this property allowed us to keep a week we payed for in advance for next year. The red tide interfered with our staying in their rental unit. Summer trip

This was our first time staying on the Cape, we enjoyed the beach and the clear water in this area. Regarding this property, the access to the pool was a big plus, the view of the beach was great and the space inside all worked well for us, 4 kids and 3 adults. The beach amenities at the property (tents, canopies, chairs) were an added bonus. As for location, you really cant walk anywhere from this location, but that also applies to pretty much the entire Cape as there arent many restaurants or shops to visit anyway. That is not a complaint, just an observation about what you get by staying at the Cape.

We love the Cape and bought this Seacliffs townhome in 1997. We were soon packing up and driving down from Atlanta as often as possible. In 1999, we had the opportunity to rent our Atlanta home and moved to the Cape as full-time residents till 2002 for 5 years, now it is a full time rental, so we can share this wonderful and amazingly special piece of paradise.

Why they chose this property

As we lived in the unit, we dreamed of improvements we could make it more like a house than a town-home. We soon gutted it and one thing led to another. I remember when David drove up with a trailer of 150-year reclaimed heart pine from a demolished plantation, that became our first floor. He laid every piece with great care. We have a photo album of some of the renovation projects in the TV cabinet. It was truly the proverbial labor of love. It continues to this day as we are always updating and trying to make it even more user-friendly and accomodating.

What makes this property unique

This end unit has 25 windows with expansive views from every single room. Because of the privacy and stunning views, it feels more like a house than part of a development. It's fun to cook and hang out and you have the feeling that the outside is inside.
