Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. All in all, we had a great stay. The location and parking were excellent. The unit is in need of a complete update. The glass-top table was unsafe for visiting grandchildren.

Rude Security and Pool Guards
We weren’t allowed onto the pool without our wristbands. Understood no biggie but no one else had theirs on and they were permitted access. We didn’t receive all the wristbands but since a few of us weren’t swimming we didn’t think anything of it. But it doesn’t help that we were belittled and yelled at in front of everyone. If the rule applies to all guest then all guest needs to be called out not just the black family

We had a wonderful time. TVS power up, but no stations. WIFI was great, room and view were as described. There was a list of food places! No idea where they were. R A Beach Getaway manages the property, but trying to contact them is a Joke!!! So better get any questions answered before booking.

Condo was good we had every thing we needed. Pricing was a little high for February. didn't know about the vrbo fees until payment for booking. Never had to take the trash out before i checked out. Kinda like I worked for the resort.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was a nice condo. I loved walking down the beach and along the road near the property. There was also a park across the street. Good location to restaurants and there was a band at the condo restaurant every night we stayed.

Ice maker non functional , bathroom sink stayed stopped up. Bare minimum on cook ware. Security was way over the top on the pool. Only ear buds allowed for radio , no drinks near the pool. Will not be back.

Loved the condo!
We loved the condo and the amenities! Just a few minor inconveniences. The ice maker did not work and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Can’t wait to come back!!!

It was horrible getting to our condo! Everybody was trying to check in at the same time. The floors were filthy.. Had to go buy a swifter mop to clean the floors. Bedspread had blood stains when you pulled it back. The walls needed a good cleaning and paint job. Toilet paper holder was missing. Drains in bathroom were very slow. Apparently the owners don’t take pride in their condo. We will not be staying there again.
