This newly built home offers extravagant beach views and upgraded amenities. Best of all, it's located only steps away from beach access 16.

The first floor features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample seating for families or friends to cook meals comfortably. The dining room table seats 6 with another 4 barstools available at the marble island. The living room offers ample seating for guests and an 85-inch TV for guests to catch up on shows. The first-floor master bedroom has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a connecting bathroom. The private swimming pool has LED lights, a water feature, and a family table outside for outdoor dining.

The second floor has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay. The second floor is home to a second master bedroom with a small balcony and TV, as well as a connecting bathroom with a double glass shower. The second and third bedrooms on this floor both have king-sized beds, TVs and share a bathroom.

On the top floor, you'll find a second living room complete with a TV, wine chiller, and wet bar, offering the perfect space for relaxing and unwinding. Additional seating and a walk-out balcony provide stunning views of the surrounding area. The final bedroom features three double bunks with trundles underneath and a TV, providing plenty of sleeping space for larger groups.

Beautiful Home, Disappointing Rental Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented the Choctaw Beach House the last week of June 2024. The house and location were perfect. We originally booked with Royal American Beach Getaways, but they transitioned their rentals to ECDI. Our communication with ECDI before and during our stay was positive. However, after we checked out, we had to wait 71 days for our security deposit refund. It took many phone calls, one of which we were hung up on, and many emails to finally receive it. We were told on multiple occasions that deposit would be returned to our credit card, and we were told it had been mailed to us in check form, but to expect it to take several weeks for delivery. After not receiving it, we emailed stating that we were consulting a lawyer, and it was finally mailed to us and we received it the second week of September - 71 days and over 2 months after our check out date of June 29th. We also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, where there are other negative reviews and complaints. Although accommodations were good, the hassle, time spent and frustration encounter after check out are not worth it. We will not use this company again, and would advise anyone considering using them to check out the BBB profile.
