No Smoking inside. but can smoke outside using provided enclosed ashtray. 1 enclosed garage space included plus parking for ~14 cars on grassy lot. Jetted jacuzzi in Master bath..fantastic views from kitchen,dining,living room, master bath and bedroom. Pets approved only for service animals and service fee
