About the Pool: While we provide access to the building's pool for our guests, it is occasionally closed for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion. We will not be held responsible if the pool is closed during your trip. We recommend that you contact us to confirm that it is open. Also, the pool is NOT heated.

-No pets allowed in the pool or pool area. This provision does not apply to service or assistance animals.
-No glass allowed at the pool. To ensure everyone's safety we ask that you please only bring cans or plastic containers to the pool.
-Please only wear swimwear in the pool

Regarding check-in time, we kindly ask all our guests to plan for a check-in time of 4 pm as per our house rules indicated in this listing. Early check-in may be available for a fee starting at 1 pm, but please contact us in advance to arrange this. Payment must be submitted 24 hours in advance.
Please note that no early check-ins (before 4 pm) will be allowed unless the guest pays the fee or the host approves it.
Don’t take away bath towels when you check out and don’t use bath towels to clean your dirty or black stuff, if we can’t wash back as before then we will claim to get a replacement from you.
Cooking basics are not provided. You need to bring your own.
