This beach house is in a perfect location! close to two public boat ramps on lagoon which is one block away! for quick and easy access to the Gulf from the lagoon. This beautiful , Cozy and very clean 2 extra large Bedrooms 2 Full bath home features a pool for a quick dip after fun on the gulf or day out on the boat . The living area has two brand new sofas one with comfy Queen bed for up to two quests. The house is extra roomy for 6 to 8 people and has loads of parking too, can park boat! Close proximity to local pubs , restaurant's and shopping! 2 large bedrooms with two full baths one with tub . A large living / dining combined area and kitchen area leading out to back yard oasis. The kitchen has all the items needed to prepare a meal for your family or a snack for the beach or pool! lighted up garden with Grill and seats by pool or a private side yard to sit and enjoy in the evening time.
