Beautiful place

We were in town for a wedding in Paris, Tx, so we were looking for a place between Dallas and there. The house was spacious and the open floor plan was great. The rooms, especially the master bedroom/bath were spacious. Enjoyed the stay.

Country bargain

This home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. A little rural (about 2-3 miles from town), but quiet. Nicely furnished and decorated. Check-in was easy, and parking in the garage was a plus. Price was very reasonable.

Great House limited information.

It was a good house but we have stayed in many VRBO places. Lack of an information packet to give instructions about TV, check out procedures. No info about remote for garage, items listed on VRBO site not at house like a blow dryer, toaster, knives. Kitchen not stocked well, no pot holder, kitchen towels overall lack of amenities for the kitchen. No toilet paper in one bathroom. No top sheets for some beds, no pillow cases for some pillows.

Where's the Hot Tub?

First, the ad said that there was a hot tub. There is no hot tub, and no jetted bath tub either. Second, the ad said there was a blender and my wife is ill and on a liquid diet. There was no blender. The ad says that the house sleeps 8, yet there's only 4 cups in the entire home. Those were just our first observations. In the morning when we woke up none of the sinks, showers, or toilets worked at all. There was no water pressure at all. There was no water in the home so instead of a normal morning there were no showers or toilets and we had to just leave early. I've rented VRBO's many times and have never left a bad review, but I've never been dissatisfied either. This was the worst equipped house I've ever rented, and there are amenities listed that don't exist.
