Beautiful spot and view
The neighborhood was great. Very quiet and safe. Our house was large and able to comfortably accommodate all 4 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the living space with its great view of the pond behind the house. We did venture down to check it out but so hot out we couldn't really enjoy what it had to offer. The path to the water along with the whole yard and bushes leading up to the front door were all over grown and in much need of attention. The dining area was ok, chairs (only 2) weren't very comfortable and one of the benches (2 benches) had a big split in the wood. We didn't use that one. As far as the kitchen it was adequate, ice in the freeze so old and stuck together so we had to work to dump it out and wait for it to fill. There was a Keurig machine with only 4 K-cups, not enough for all of us. No dish soap or dish cloth to wash things. Couldn't find the kitchen towels(none out) they were in the bathroom. There was no soap or shampoo as stated in the listing. Toilet paper was minimal no Kleenex anywhere. Towels were in closets or cupboards not out to be used. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Didn't know they were on 3 different levels as were the bathrooms. More bedrooms than listed. No hot tub only whirlpool bathtubs. Overall it worked for us. Very close to the Pickleball courts in the Mall and near restaurants too. Think this could be a great place if it was organized better and add a few necessities for guests as expected from a VRBO rental.
