Started hosting in 2023 and realized I like the industry. I like adding more and more stuff to the house and building diy stuff. I love nature and gardening, so this house is a great addition to my portfolio.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is far away from the crowded nyc, but not too far that you have to fly here. Only a 2 hour ride from the big city and you can be in nature. The area is very calm and peaceful, the neighbors are extremely kind and never bother you and your guests. During summer time you can enjoy the Delaware river nearby and all the local restaurants while having your own hot tub at the house just for yourself.
What makes this property unique
A hot tub is a great addition to the house, with the perfect view of a hill and the river. Solar lights puts you in a great mood once the sun set, while you enjoy a glass of wine in the hot tub.
