Like you never left home. Fully equipped with essential supplies such as kitchen supplies,bathroom supplies,bedding supplies etc. enough space & comfortably for the family. Amazing large bubble bath in main bathroom. Large living room space with a sofa bed along side a medium size island center of the kitchen which comes with a dishwasher,microwave,full stove with oven,full fridge & freezer. Once you open the sliding door you’ll see the patio along side with patio furniture great for early morning sun or late night moonlight. The amazing rooftop with strip views comes with pool side cabanas with a basketball court as well as a tennis court. Magnificent grills with a full kitchen as well with a pool table inside the club house. A Soothing hot tub for relaxation. Daily trash pick ups simply just place trash bags outside & they will be collected & taken to the trash room. Walking & short drive distance from Las Vegas strip & old Las Vegas. Cozy warmth home you’ll always want to return to.

BEWARE

Too many red flags and not enough space to type so I will summarize -Poor communication from host (# on VRBO disconnected, other # goes to voicemail) -Host left us waiting outside garage 45 mins to check in -Sketchy people loitering on property. Did not feel safe leaving rental car in garage. -strong lingering smoke smell in hallway and unit, it was hard to breath. Even after we left we reeked of smoke. - bodily fluid stains on couch -extremely dirty GRIMY carpet -broken unusable sofa bed -AC vent caked with dirt and dust -Dirty bedding -Unit was dirty and dusty despite being told that the house cleaner had just been there I HAVE PHOTOS!! We were in the unit less than an hour, VRBO and the host agreed to give us a refund. Now host is unresponsive and VRBO won't refund us despite acknowledging that refund was to be given. Both VRBO and I have attempted to contact host with no response. I was told by VRBO that the host told them not to refund on their end because she would. She clearly knows what she is doing. They claim they can't do anything until the host contacts them. The fact that they allow this behavior and allow the host to continue to rent is upsurd. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from both the host and VRBO

Save yourself!

Couldn’t get in for almost 2 hours, no one to give us key. No cleaning done, trash on floor, cooked food in pan, fridge loaded w/food, sticky floor. No mattress on master bed, just 2 foam pads. Dirty sheets from previous guest. No extra sheets. Neither bathroom clean, one toilet non functional and 1/2 roll TP total. Toys, clothing strewn around. One closet loaded with clothing, etc. door broken from frame. Cleaner let us in, said she’d clean all. Took her at her word, left, came back about 10:30. Some cleaned, still cooked food in pan. Bedrooms, baths not cleaned. Still dirty sheets. No fresh sheets either. Too late to find other place, exhausted, slept on miserable couch. Because we stayed 1 nite out of 5 booked, we can’t get reimbursed for the 5 nights. Company policy is if you stay at all, you accept the terms. We expected cleaning would be completed as stated. dumb us. Beware.

This place wasn't bad. It could have been cleaner. The rooftop pool was nice with great views, but the lounges in the canabas were pretty dirty. The host was very helpful with any questions i had.

Nice host

She made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Communicated very well and responded very quickly. Gated community and kitchen area make it nicer than a hotel. Will be booking again
