This 2nd floor condo is just 3/4 mile to the beach with free parking in front.

Comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with nice sitting area in front and a balcony overlooking a lake in back. Relax in front of a 55" TV and free WiFi internet. Fully equipped kitchen if you will like to prepare meals or you can enjoy a multitude of restaurants from just blocks away from the condo. A swimming pool is located just off to the side of the building. The bedrooms each has a queen size bed. Free parking is available directly in front of the condo. The condo is on the second floor so you won't hear anyone walking around on the floor above you. This is a NON-SMOKING unit and pets are NOT ALLOWED.
Surfside Beach is a family beach and noise and traffic laws are strictly enforced. A new Ocean Pier is located just 3/4 mile at the end of Surfside Drive with many restaurants around the area.

Perfect location for a relaxing beach getaway
Fantastic location off 17 and walkable to Surfside Beach. Everything you need is here for a relaxing beach break in your home from home. Lots of room. Upstairs area closed but you dont need it. Lovely pool on site with pool loungers. Everything was very clean and tidy. 2 bathrooms. 2 TVs if you want to watch. Great selection of books and jigsaws. Coffee maker and filters! Loved the balcony over looking the water. Close to Tupelo Golf, seafood buffets, restaurants, Market Common and 25 mins from Pawleys Island (True Blue golf club and Caledonia golf club). We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and checking out the quaint shops, restaurants and pier. Highly recommended. Wish we had stayed longer. Can't wait to come back
