Tucked away in a quiet area of Seagrove/30A you are right next to the beach and close to all of the best restaurants! Enjoy an easy Vacation with short walks to the beach, beach shuttle, and nearby bike and golf cart rentals to make your stay memorable!

1st floor unit with a large balcony for entertaining. There are grills in the backyard and a pool next to the building! 1 Master King Suite, and bedroom 2 has a full size bed and full size bunk beds on top and bottom with a full bathroom in the hallway. Full size kitchen and bar area with an open concept, and large dining area with dining table and chairs. Living room opens up to the balcony for great views! Smart tvs throughout, well stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, and washer and dryer in the unit.

Guest will have access to everything on the property. 2 pools and pickle ball and tennis courts as well.

I will be available by phone to help with anything you need, but i will not be on the property.

Two parking spaces are allowed per guest outside of the unit. If more parking is needed, we will be glad to help.

We do not provide a golf cart, but there are many places nearby to rent from and they will deliver to you. The beach shuttle runs often, and if you have trouble walking you can arrange for them to pick you up at your unit.
