This new build in the ever-growing neighborhood of Lower Southend (“LOSO”) is the perfect place for you to experience a quiet neighborhood of Charlotte with your family or friends while also being within walking distance of top restaurants and breweries of Southend!

A 5 minute light rail or Uber will get you to multiple neighborhoods including Dilworth and Uptown. The home has updated finishes, a rooftop deck, 1 car garage, gym equipment & four stories (no elevator -please plan accordingly)!

The home has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full & 3 twins). There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths! The home is full of natural light, a fully stocked kitchen, multiple outdoor options for you and your guests and an entire gym setup in the garage. We have everything different guests would need-workout space, work from home internet, and a full washer & dryer set up.

Before your arrival, your unique lock code will be texted to you. Check in and out via the app.

LOSO is know as one of Charlotte's fastest growing eclectic neighborhoods! In LOSO & Southend you can find everything from multiple light rail stops, scooters for rent to get around, top restaurants, fun stores and outstanding breweries. Most of these are less than a 5 minute Uber from the property. We always have recommendations!

There is one garage parking space. You at no point can park in the drive way and block the other townhome owners. Street parking is around the property and there are 3 parking spots available first come first serve in front of the townhome!

The neighborhood is in the center of it all and dog friendly! It is also bike friendly and scooters can be found on every other corner to use.

No parties and NO GLITTER/ confetti. We do charge an extra cleaning fee if glitter/confetti is found!

The home is surrounded by other homes and of course shares walls with neighboring units. We look for guests who respect quiet hours. If you think your group cannot respect quiet hours/ will be enjoying later evenings in Charlotte and bringing the party back to the home this might not be the property for you!!


$50 per pet, per stay.
Service animals welcome without charge.

Per AirBnB policy Emotional support animals (ESA) must be controlled at all times, never left alone and be house- broken. If evidence of indoor fouling is found, you will lose your deposit, fees will be levied and you will be reported for fraud to hosting platforms for misusing ESA designation.

your stay.
