Newly Restored Old Naples Esate - Beach, Shopping, Dining, & Art, Blocks Away.
The Main House is one of five quaint rental opportunities on a magnificently rebuilt Old Naples Coquina Cottage Estate built in 1910. It is located two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Pier and within walking distance of everything 5th Avenue S and 3rd Street S have to offer. The house has two beautiful bedrooms, each with a bathroom attached. There is a bonus entertainment space off the king bedroom. The house has an upstairs unit that can also be rented if available. The brick steps lead to a landing that holds two white rocking chairs, and French doors open to a large living room filled with air, light, and comfort. Antique writing desks allow you to stack your mail and books or finish a day's work. The living room has an oversized comfortable sofa, side chairs, and a coffee table across from a large mounted television. The full kitchen is on the left side of the house, with a half wall between the living room and table for six. The porch seats six and has two umbrellas.
**Construction has been going on across the street from us for the past two seasons. I wondered, 'What to do when living near a construction site?' The answer was using noise machines and earplugs. I stocked them and lowered the nightly price. I use the VRBO Market Price Tool to set the nightly price.
**November 2025, they were working on trim work and the inside. It is too soon, to lift the warning - but it is a lot quieter.

After 30 years of teaching and raising my family in Maine, I could spend more time with my mother and sister as they found unique properties in Florida and Nantucket, Massachusetts. They are equally talented in color, design, and scale - especially with historic properties. I do not have that eye, but I love taking care of the properties and sharing them with guests.
What makes this property unique
My mother and sister both love historic houses. This c.19120 estate has always been a favorite for years. When Pam Watson put it on the market, my sister was ready. It is two blocks from the beach and just a few blocks from Old Naples. What's not to love?
