Studio Apt Perfect Location Near USU and Downtown!

Cozy basement studio apartment in great location, walking distance to both USU and downtown. It has a big window in the kitchen offering a ton of light for a basement unit, not dark like other basement suites. Kitchen is fully stocked and even has a table to eat at. Please keep in mind this studio is located within a triplex and there's a good chance there will be guests staying above/next to you. We do ask all that all guest respect quite hours and are respectful of their noise levels so there shouldn't be any issues!

Mindi and Dan are amazing hosts, offering warm and welcoming hospitality from the day I arrived. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, making it a comfortable and inviting space. Its location is ideal, just a short walk to USU, the famous Aggie Ice Cream, and close to the picturesque Logan River and canyon. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, including a microwave, toiletries, coffee, an ironing board with iron, and even an extension cable. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

I am an ecologist with an environmental consulting firm, my partner Dan is a manager for a plumbing supply warehouse. We have two very spoiled dogs, love traveling and staying in short term rental as we like to cook and have a comfortable living space. We also quite enjoy camping, fishing, gardening and tinkering around the house on our numerous projects.

Why they chose this property

Great location. It's centrally located near downtown, USU, and the mouth of Logan Canyon in a neighborhood called the 'Island'. It's also very close to other attractions such as the Logan LDS temple and Tabernacle.

What makes this property unique

Great walking trails and parks nearby. Located on Canyon Road, which is a very popular road for walkers, joggers, and bicyclists as it is very scenic.
