The place itself is fine. Clean, modern etc. But the comms really let the experience down entirely. No info 48 hrs before as promised (which is a problem if you're arriving to a country without having sorted internet connection but being told you need to download an app to get into the building). Information was drip fed only when asked. Very unclear how to get into the building - ended up using the carp park entrance and working it out... not ideal when you rock up after 11 hours on a plane. Instructions could be really simple and clear but they are essentially - 'you figure it out'. The app you download is supposed to give you access tot he building - it doesn't work consistently meaning it's just a frustrating experience. None of the facilities, Lift, outdoor area, are marked in the appartmnt common areas meaning you just walk round until you find it... this is basic stuff.
The bed essentially springs with a cover over it... not good. The fridge hums all night. A few touches like providing milk would have gone a long way in the absence of any shops near by.
Our host was very responsive when asked - just not proactive as expected.
you'd be better off finding somewhere most established, tried and tested.
