Nestled in a tranquil subdivision, it's just a five-minute walk to Campbell Creek—a fishable salmon stream—and near the Coastal Trail, known for its excellent walking and biking paths.

Kitchen: Whether you're whipping up a five-course meal or simply heating up leftovers, this kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary cravings. Plus, with granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances, cooking has never been more stylish and effortless.
Featuring a Cuisinart coffee maker (K-cups & ground/drip), coffee bean mill/grinder, food processors, pots, pans, blenders, a slow cooker, a rice cooker, and a complete service set for eight with all necessary serving utensils, platters, and bowls.

Living Room: After a day of fishing or hiking, unwind in our living room featuring a wood burning fireplace where you can cozy up in front of the fire. You can also gather with your loved ones and watch a movie on the big screen Smart TV featuring Dolby surround sound system for the ultimate movie night experience. Enjoy direct backyard access as well from the living room via the sliding glass doors.

Master Bedroom: This room boasts a queen-sized bed and an ensuite master bathroom, complete with built-in closets, hardwood floors, and granite countertops.

Bedroom Two: The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a workstation, ideal for the professional working remotely.

Bedroom Three: Head to the third bedroom that features a full-sized bed and a custom workstation/office setup, featuring network printer access, laptop space, and a dedicated office chair.

Outdoor Space: The backyard is enclosed for privacy and features meticulous landscaping, including two decks that offer a combined 1,200 square feet of outdoor living area. The smaller deck boasts railings with water features on both the south and north ends, accompanied by a patio table, umbrella, and seating for four. A premium Weber propane grill is available in the backyard for barbecuing the day's catch or simply preparing hamburgers and hot dogs for a deck gathering with family and friends. The expansive wraparound deck, constructed with new Trex decking, includes two pavilions and an assortment of patio furniture under each pavilion. For your enjoyment, there's a Solo smokeless fire ring, and firewood can be purchased at nearby supermarkets, Lowe's, or Home Depot, all within a 5-minute drive. The flower beds are designed to start blooming in spring and continue through summer and fall, with a mix of perennials and annuals that provide continuous blossoms as one fades and another begins. The hanging plants maintain their blooms throughout the summer. The ambiance is enriched by the sound of an eagle's call and the crackling of the fire pit, while two water features provide a soothing backdrop, creating unforgettable evenings for many guests.

Summerset Parkway subdivision. Located ten minutes from Ted Steven’s Anchorage International Airport and Lake Hood, which is the largest float plane base in the world and a great hopping off spot for flight seeing, outdoor excursions and remote fishing. Situated near shopping, the University of Alaska – Anchorage, and the hospitals making everything convenient. It is fifteen minutes from downtown Anchorage, which has a plethora of great restaurants, activities, and entertainment. Girdwood and Alyeska ski resort are within a 50-minute drive down the Turnagain Arm where you can expect to see mountain goats, beluga whales, a bore tide, and occasionally a bear or moose. A little further south is Portage Glacier and the Alaska Nature Conservation Center, as well as Byron’s Hanging Glacier. Portage Creek offers great salmon spawning viewing. It is approximately another hour’s drive time to Seward for halibut and salmon fishing or glacier day cruises.
