Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. When we booked we thought we were getting a condo with dishwasher, washer dryer, and cook stove. Our room didn't have any of these. Very dissatisfied with booking.

Boardwalk Condo Stay
The property itself was fine with the exception of a couple of items that were not available for example, no coffee filter in the room and there wasn't any vending or ice on the property. Ice had to be purchased in 10lb bags from the market store that was only open until 3 PM and in our small room there wasn't anywhere to store a 10lb bag of ice. The room itself was fine but Royal American Management was VERY difficult from beginning till end, they do not even try to be helpful and do not have any answers when you ask questions and they are rude! I will never stay at this property again.

One wine glass, one drink glass, three plates and bowls. Only a microwave, no oven. No dishwasher. Small room. Small deck with partial view. More like a very very small hotel room.

Nice little condo
My sister and I stayed in this unit for 4 nights and it was just the right size for us. This was my first time staying in an “efficiency” sized condo and the only things I really missed were a washer and dryer so that we wouldn’t have to go home with dirty laundry. Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised with this condo. It was neat and clean, and tastefully decorated. The Boardwalk Resort property was pretty nice as well. I loved the location, and loved that there was covered parking available. One thing really disappointed me though. When we first arrived, we were waiting for an elevator with all our luggage. We had been waiting a couple minutes when a Resort employee walked up to wait too. Then 3 more employees joined her. When an elevator arrived, they hopped right on and never offered to let us, their guests, go first. They never offered to hold the elevator for us either. That really rubbed me the wrong way, especially since I work in customer service. Aside from that, the resort and this condo were just fine.

Clean, well maintained and very comfortable
For just two people it was more than enough room and a great value. The bathroom was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the studio room was very roomy and the kitchette was well maintained. Even with a side location it still had a good view of the ocean. I would definitely rent this unit again.
