Enjoy stunning Gulf views from your private balcony or through the expansive windows. The fully equipped kitchen inspires culinary adventures, while the luxurious master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms offer private sanctuaries for rest and relaxation.
Relax on the beach or by the community pool, and stay active with access to the fitness facility and tennis courts. Beach service, including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, adds convenience to your stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: AWESOME! Linda Kelson went "above and beyond" to arrange our reservation. Our accommodations in 7A in Beach Colony East were perfect for our needs. We had a fantastic view of the Gulf, and, while the weather didn't cooperate 100% of the time, we were able to enjoy a wonderful Family Gathering and reunion. Having only one elevator operational for the first few days was a minor inconvenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo! The location, which was walking distance to the pier and restaurants was very convenient. It had a nice big balcony with a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The management was very attentive and responsive to any needs we had.

Great vacation spot
Everything was great and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue was with a faulty door lock but this was resolved promptly by property management.
