This is a special location in Capitola. The Soquel Creek flows into the ocean past this home. Beachy River View is located on the path along the creek. Literally just steps to Capitola Village. Two stories with extra large bedrooms and parking for two small cars or one larger car. Rare in this town! There are two buildings on this property, one an ADU above the garage and not connected at all to the main house. Beach chairs, towels and every thing you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

One of a kind on Soquel Creek just steps to Capitola Beach, restaurants & shops. Large deck on the top floor across the river from the Shadowbrook Restaurant. Sunny and warm, the perfect place to soak up the final sun of the day. Two very spacious rooms are located downstairs - one with a queen bed the second has a twin as well as a queen bed. Washer & dryer, two full bathrooms. Large living room with TV and room for all, fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV/Wifi. Early check-in possible!
What makes this property unique
There are just a few homes available to rent on the Soquel Creek. This is one of the few with a two story deck. The views are beautiful from up here!
